 We will conduct an onsite inspection of your home or place of business to determine the cause of odor, mold or other air quality issues and recommend a course of action to resolve the problem.
We will place multiple ozone generators and circulation fans in appropriate areas in the building being treated. The machines run for 6 hours bringing ozone levels to 10-12 ppm. Warning signs are placed at all entrances prohibiting entry until treamtment is complete and building is cleared. Ozone generators and fans are removed 2-3 hours after the machines have stopped. This process of not clearing the ozone from the building effectively lengthens the treatment by 2-3 hours. All doors and windows will be opened at the end of the treatement to clear any ozone left in the air. This is 9-10 hour process in a single day.
We will place an ozone generator and a circulation fan inside the vehicle and set it to run for 2-3 hours depending on the severity and type of odors and the size of the vehicle. We will need to let the vehicle run for the first hour for the A/C to circulate air throughout all the vents and coil.
Ozone levels in areas like printer rooms or small offices that have laser printers running for long periods of time may experience high ozone levels. We will come to your home or place of business and test various areas for ozone levels.
Our process ELIMINATES the mold by killing it - health hazard removed! What you are left with is DEAD MOLD (dirt, dust) which can be easily cleaned off and/or covered without chemical agents or other high-cost removal steps performed by most "remediators".

If the mold is the result of a flood for example, you might have a foot or two of drywall that has turned soft. Or maybe the mold became so thick and deep rooted, in some areas, it has weakened SOME of the drywall. We can work with that, whereas most "remediators" or "restoration companies" insist on removing all walls and ceilings. The insurance adjustors in many cases mandate you discard all of your personal effects that were in a contaminated area.
